Prioritize Relationships® was founded by Val Frost-McKinley. After twenty-three years of marriage, Val faced a divorce. She later met, and fell in love with, her second husband. Life was filled with much joy. Several months into the marriage, Val began to realize that her first marriage had started out as lovingly and full of promise as her current one. She asked herself, was there something she could learn to do differently than she had before? Val began to examine relationships, doing extensive research both personally and professionally. She discovered that relationships are going to change over time, and the couples who are successful understand that change is a part of life. Their relationships remain loving, respectful and positive while at the same time working proactively to keep the relationship healthy. Val realized how simple it was. Yet despite the simplicity of this concept almost every couple struggles with applying it! Val is now dedicated to creating tools and resources that turn the simple theory of working on your relationship into fun, real life practice. Val McKinley is available for speaking engagements, workshops and one on one coaching with couples. She has spoken for organizations including Marriage Fiesta, Destination Maternity and the Paradise Valley Unified School District. | |
