I love coaching! My passion is interacting with and empowering people to transform their lives and achieve their aspirations.
I am a married mother of four adult children and grandmother of two…with one on the way! I love being outdoors in nature. In my spare time, I like to read, walk, swim, and enjoy the company of my family and friends. I’ve even learned to like cooking!
Before officially retiring the first time, I worked full time as a Speech-Language Pathologist and teacher in public schools, specializing in developing communication and social skills, modifying behavior, and teaching literacy skills. I was, and remain, an advocate for individuals with ADHD, autism, and dyslexia.
I have come to know that I was drawn to the work that I do because there were so many lessons I needed to learn. I have never wanted others to feel that they were less-than. I want each individual to have the voice that I was afraid and ashamed to share for too long.
All of my experiences have prepared me to help you live your best life and I would be privileged to be your coach.
Let’s get started!
